We only bottle what has also grown on our herd. With this clear decision, we have full control from cultivation to the finished product. For you, this means maximum traceability of where your food comes from and how it was produced. Honest work instead of vague advertising promises! We do not buy olives or other raw materials from other producers. We even produce a large part of our spices and herbs ourselves. For the unavoidable additional purchase of sugar, pectin and some spices, we use the organic specialized trade. The honey comes from our beekeeper who sets up his hives among the wildflowers in our mato.
